Step 1) Complete Foothills Volleyball (FSV) Club Registration. Scroll down and select continue.
Step 2) Purchase Puget Sound Region Volleyball (PSRVB) Membership. Bring a copy to Tryouts.
Step 3) Complete PSR/USAV Player Participation & Medical Authorization form. Bring a copy to Tryouts.
